This section of the company is composed by highly skilled engineers, with strong experience in practically all possible applications of the Ultra Violet technology for industries and research laboratories. Additional resources and expertise are available through sub-contractors and associate arrangements for specialized electrical/electronic and mechanical consulting services.

Alpha UV Consulting can provide technical data for any Ultra Violet application, thanks to its high tech laboratory facilities in Sydney and access to UV laboratories in the US and Canada. Moreover Alpha UV Consulting has strong links on a local and international basis with most of the UV curable material suppliers.

Existing UV Equipment
- Evaluate the working condition and performance of the system
- Determine possible problems of the systems due to poor performance, short life, unsatisfactory curing result, insufficient production speed, etc.
- Prepare a technical report on the equipment together with radiometry measurements (where applicable)
- Work closely with the technical department of any supplier of UV curable material (inks, coatings, adhesives) and UV lamp equipment
- Propose alternative solutions according to different budgets and production specifications
- Provide staff training on maintenance and service methods in order to keep the equipment in appropriate working conditions
New UV Application
- Conduct introduction seminars on the Ultra Violet technology and specific applications
- Evaluate the customer’s needs and suggest, when appropriate, the most suitable UV application and equipment
- Contact suppliers of UV curable material and conduct preliminary tests in our laboratories
- Prepare quotations on the proposed solution
- Design and cover any technical aspect of a new UV curing system
- Provide mechanical and electronic technicians for installation, service and maintenance purposes
