Rental Terms and Conditions in brief:
- Renter is responsible for all shipping charges.
- Rental is charged from the day after the equipment leaves AlphaUV’s Sydney office until the day it arrives back, inclusive.
- The Renter is responsible for any loss or damage to rented equipment. It is also a condition of rental that the manual is thoroughly read prior to equipment use.
- Purchase order in writing to confirm rental to be received prior to shipment of equipment. We reserve the right to require prepayment of expected rental or a deposit.
- Alpha UV’s liability extends only to providing equipment for rental. Alpha UV accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any associated costs due to equipment failure.
- Insurance is included in the above rates with the exception of any applicable deductible.
